General process for applying Nutech Roof Coatings
- All broken tiles and capping are replaced
- Check, secure and coat all flashings, valleys and roof penetrations
- Identify leaks
- Re bedding and re pointing of tiles
- Eliminate all oxidation, moss and dirt with high pressure cleaning system
- Clean out gutters and down pipes
- Apply roof coatings to prime, seal, protect and finish your roof
